Victory and Suffering

1. Through faith in Christ, we may experience ordinary and extraordinary works under God’s providential plan leading to victories, deliverance, and favor.

2. Through faith in Christ, we may experience temporal and terminal sufferings under God’s providential purposes causing difficulties, distress, and death.

3. Through faith in Christ, we can experience lasting and preserving joy under God’s providential care giving peace, endurance, and hope.

Application:

1. Look for ways God is working in your heart through both victories and sufferings.

2. Look for ways the Holy Spirit is teaching you in both victories and sufferings.

3. Look for ways to treasure Jesus in both victories and sufferings.
